What a brand new user opens the app to
Only ever applied to someone who has never picked a theme herself. Suggesting a colour is a nice thing to do; changing a woman's wallpaper after she chose one is a different act, and the app will not do it.
Which cards appear, and in what order
Drag to reorder, untick to hide. Pinned stories always appear whatever the phase, and cannot be turned off from here: they are the two that carry the honest answer to the moon-and-cycle question, and a night that rotated them out would be a night the app quietly implied the myth.

Leave it empty for none, which should be almost always.

The next three controls, in the order they are worth building. Crisis lines matter most: a support number that has been reassigned is worse than none, and editing them here means a fix the same day rather than waiting on an App Store review.
src/config/dashboard.json, which is bundled into the app. So a change
needs an app reload, not a deploy. Every value here is optional and the app is
correct with this file deleted, which is the rule that keeps this panel a
convenience rather than something that can break the app from a distance.
